If you contact me through this website or by email, I collect your name, email address, any telephone number you choose to provide, your service selection, and the details you include in your message. Please avoid sharing sensitive personal information through the enquiry form.

3. Why I use your information

I use your information to respond to your enquiry, discuss your interior design needs and, where requested, prepare a proposal or consultation. When your enquiry concerns a potential booking or project, the usual lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. For general correspondence, I may rely on my legitimate interest in communicating with people who contact my business. I do not use enquiry details to send unsolicited marketing messages.

4. Services and sharing

The website is hosted by Netlify, which processes submissions sent using the contact form. I also use an email service to manage correspondence. These providers may process personal information to deliver their services. The website loads its typography through Google Fonts. I do not sell enquiry information or share it for unrelated advertising purposes.

5. International processing

Website and communication service providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where UK data protection law requires safeguards for such transfers, I aim to use providers with appropriate data protection arrangements. You can contact me for information about the providers and relevant transfer arrangements.

6. How long I keep information

Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted within 12 months of the last relevant communication, including copies held in the Netlify Forms dashboard and my email where applicable. If we work together, some correspondence and project records may need to be retained longer for contract, accounting or legal reasons.

Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct or erase your information, to restrict or object to certain processing, or to request data portability.
