A PERSONAL APPROACH

Ciao, I’m Lucia.

An Italian interior designer with a passion for creating thoughtful, beautiful and personal spaces.

Originally from Italy, where I studied Interior Design, I've spent the past five years working across residential and commercial projects, developing a strong understanding of spaces, materials, furniture and the details that bring a design together.

Having recently moved to Leicestershire, I'm excited to bring my experience, creativity and Italian design sensibility to the local community.

For me, interior design is about much more than choosing beautiful furniture. It's about understanding how people live, what makes them feel comfortable and how even the smallest details can change the atmosphere of a room.

I have a particular appreciation for natural materials, interesting textures, timeless pieces and the character of existing spaces. I love finding ways to combine old and new, creating interiors that feel considered rather than overly styled.

I believe your home should reflect you, not simply follow a trend.

Whether you need guidance choosing colours, finding the right furniture or rethinking a room you've lived in for years, I'd love to help you bring your ideas together.

Based in Burbage, I offer a friendly, personal approach to interior design throughout Hinckley and the surrounding Leicestershire area.

Contemporary living

Residential design · Holiday accommodation

Bright, functional and thoughtfully designed for everyday comfort. This apartment was transformed into welcoming short-term accommodation on a modest budget, with durable materials, carefully chosen furnishings and considered lighting. I managed the design from concept through to completion, including colours, finishes, furniture and the overall direction.

Atmosphere & interior concepts

Residential design · 3D visualisations

These visualisations were developed for a residential renovation to explore layouts, furniture arrangements, materials and lighting before work began. They helped communicate the intended atmosphere and support confident design decisions. The images in this section are 3D concepts, not completed-space photographs.

Heritage & character

Residential renovation · Historic interiors

Bringing new life to a basement left unused for years. This complete renovation restored the bathroom, improved the usability of the space and celebrated original brickwork, vaulted ceilings and stone textures. I guided the design from concept to completion, selecting materials, finishes, colours and lighting to create a welcoming, comfortable interior.

Materials & architectural details

Design approach · Materials & finishes

I particularly enjoy working with natural materials, interesting textures and thoughtful architectural details. From timber and tactile finishes to lighting, I consider both how a material looks and how it performs over time, creating interiors with warmth, character and lasting quality.
